About Me I am a reflective, empathic and broad - minded counsellor and a fully accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
My practice is based in Purley and Streatham and I draw my clients from all over South London, Norwood, Croydon , Brixton and Crystal Palace are all within commuting distance.
I work collaboratively with clients of all genders, heritage and sexualities, exploring a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
My experience comes from having worked in a very busy NHS counselling service (IAPT), that dealt with a large number of referrals, from GPs and Primary Care. I worked with a wide diversity of people, exploring their difficulties, goals and aspirations. I've set up and run a school based counselling service and support the work of a charitable organisation committed to providing counselling for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In addition to this I work in private practice.
What can you expect from me? Whether as an individual or as a couple, you can expect to be treated with care. Whatever you are going through my aim is to help relieve the issues that cause you emotional distress. I am able to quietly support you in a way that is warm, respectful and caring. I am committed to helping you develop and achieve the things that matter to you. I aim to listen, understand, speak with empathy and interest.
